Secure Net Labs, Inc. is a professional ISP providing web development, collocation services, custom programming services including XML, bandwidth and dial-up services, corporate e-mail and domain hosting, and e-commerce solutions. Secure Net Labs chiefly pursues the highest quality growth throughout the Southern California region but also serves clients both nationally and internationally.
While SAS Network Solutions has continued to build premier relationships with existing and new customers, we wished to gain access to the necessary knowledge and dedication to improved technology, infrastructure and growth opportunities Secure Net Labs offered. Secure Net Labs has committed to providing SAS Network Solutions with an infusion of expertise that will be used to fuel aggressive growth in 2004 and beyond. As you may know, SAS has continued to offer many value added incentives to our customers through our Cisco centric network engineering services, professional training and our “not the biggest, just the best” attitude. In addition, our efforts to expand our service portfolio continues to grow with our recent certification as a Network Appliance Gold Partner and our soon to be launched high-tech Cisco Based Network Operations Center to be hosted at the state-of-the art Qwest collocation facility.
All SAS Network Solutions customers and partners can be assured that the current management team will remain with our team and that you will continue to see the highest levels of service provided from all of our products, services and personnel. While the acquisition becomes final November 21st 2003, the final ownership change will take place on January 1st, 2004. The Secure Net Labs company name will stay in place and Secure Net Labs will operate as a subsidiary of SAS Network Solutions, Inc. maintaining all of our existing policies and procedures.
